Our expertise is helping you to break free from patterns that no longer serve you. We specialize in recovery from trauma, addiction, and codependency.

Complementary to our healing services, we offer a variety of classes, workshop intensives, and retreat packages. All of our offerings are appropriate for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. Small, intimate, and developmental in approach, our ongoing classes support students and clients in putting the tools of transformation to work through practice and self-discipline.
